Privacy Notice
Henova Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202623474G) ("Henova", "we") is a Singapore company. This notice explains how we handle the personal data you give us through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Last updated: 4 June 2026
What we collect
When you apply to join our founding cohort waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and your response to our question about what you're trying to get on top of. That response is free text — you choose what to share. Some people mention health goals or health information; please share only what you're comfortable with. A sentence on your goal is enough.
What we use it for
We use this information to: assess your application; contact you about your application and your place on the waitlist; and understand, in aggregate, what people want from Henova so we can build the right thing. That's it. We will not send you marketing unrelated to your application, and we will ask before using your information for anything beyond these purposes.
Who sees it
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your information is accessible only to Henova's founding team and the service providers that run our website, forms, and email (under contractual confidentiality). Where a service provider stores data outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are assessing applications and operating the waitlist, and no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes above. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us for access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw your consent to our continued use of it (which may mean we can no longer consider your application). Write to us at the contact below and we'll respond promptly.
